Section 1

Definitions & Introduction

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions carry specific meanings:

• "kkbb" or "Platform" — the online gaming and betting website operated at the domain https://kkbb.beer and all its sub-services.

• "Account" — a member's personal profile secured by a username and password.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account on kkbb, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. kkbb may request proof-of-age documents (National ID, birth registration certificate, or passport) at any time. If verification fails, the account will be suspended or permanently closed, and all transactions by minors will be cancelled and funds returned.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure. If any information changes, notify the kkbb support team immediately.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Members of the same household may open separate accounts, but if the same device or payment method is used, verification may be required.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

kkbb does not guarantee that its services are lawful in all countries. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm that online gaming is legal from their location. Accounts of users from areas where use of the service is prohibited will be closed.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your kkbb account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are requested to strictly follow the points below:

• Do not share your password with anyone, including kkbb staff.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, inform the support team immediately.
• Report any unauthorised access to or transactions on your account promptly.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

kkbb will not be liable for any loss resulting from disclosure of account information to a third party. Any loss caused by the user's own negligence is entirely the user's responsibility. kkbb will never ask for your password by phone or email.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are supported for deposits on kkbb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. kkbb only accepts funds from the depositor's own payment method — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure your account is fully verified. Withdrawal amounts will be returned via the same deposit method wherever possible. In cases of suspicious transactions, kkbb may hold and review a withdrawal.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). If currency conversion is required, it will be carried out at the applicable rate and any associated charges are to be borne by the user.

4.4 Transaction Verification

For large deposits or withdrawals, kkbb may request additional identity verification. Transactions will be held pending until verification is complete. User cooperation speeds up this process.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kkbb offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳14,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000. This bonus can be received only once and applies to each user individually.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not the deposit). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. 5.3 General Bonus Terms

• kkbb reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another player.

• Read all applicable terms carefully before accepting a bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

kkbb operates a four-tier VIP program: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Gaming Services

kkbb offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games, bingo, and other digital gaming services. Each game has its own rules, displayed on the game page. If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical fault or disconnection, the outcome of the relevant bet may be voided or reconsidered.

6.2 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to sports betting on kkbb:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless kkbb specifically offers this option.

• If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or concluded before the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• kkbb reserves the right to void bets placed on odds displayed in error (significantly different from the actual market).

6.3 Game Outcomes

kkbb's slot and casino games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.). The outcomes of these games are determined by a random number generator (RNG) and are entirely impartial. kkbb's liability for issues arising from technical faults by game providers will be limited.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on kkbb. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform as a channel for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Fraud: Using a false identity, stolen payment methods, or forged documents.
• System Manipulation: Using software bots, scripts, or any other automated method to play games or place bets.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim additional bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Collusion: Multiple users planning together to improperly influence game outcomes or bonuses.
• Account Transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person.

If suspicious activity is detected, kkbb reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and transactions during an investigation. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

• A closure request made by the user themselves.

If you wish to close your account, you may notify the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, kkbb will decide whether the balance is refunded.

Limitation of Liability

kkbb will not be held liable for:

• Gaming disruptions caused by loss of internet connection or device issues.
• Technical errors from third-party game providers.
• Account information being exposed due to a user's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from a clear breach of these terms and conditions.
• Indirect financial loss caused by a suspension of service.
• Expected but unrealised winnings from gaming.

In all circumstances, kkbb's maximum liability will be limited to the actual balance held in the user's account. This limitation is effective within the applicable legal framework.
